My recent stay at The Admiral Hotel in Manila was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. The staff are not only excellent in their roles but are also exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any query was noteworthy. One of the highlights of my stay was the gym and spa facilities, which I would describe as world-class. We had a fantastic stay at MGallery Admiral hotel. The lobby is great and I liked the hanging art installation. Rooms are themed and they add to a great vibe. We had a sea facing room with a gorgeous sunset. Rooms are beautiful with a lot of detailing done. They also have a sunset pool bar where you can take the great views. Breakfast spread was also very good with lots of veg options across various cuisines. The location is also very convenient to historic area and malls. Highly recommended!!!

The duty manager, front desk officer, support staff, bellboy, and security guard are warm, friendly, and accommodating. Big thanks to the bellboy who give extra help for some concerns. The front desk officer was kind enough to take our beautiful photos. We find the room clean and tidy especially the toilet and bath. Definitely a place you want to go back to.

This hotel is quite new (2022). The facilities are amazing including the numerous dining and bar options on site. The rooms are spacious and have great amenities (mini bar, bedside outlets, iron, pod coffee machine, among others). I stayed in the atrium room which faces the inside of the hotel. Some will love it but the lack of natural light wasn’t my personal cup of tea but I won’t mark down for that. There are some initial signs of wear and tear developing in the skirtings and similar but nothing out of the ordinary for a SEA hotel. The foyer is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

From the start until the end of our stay, our hotel experience was a delight! Love the lobby which was so cozy and beautifully designed, the buffet selection was really good and satisfied our palates. The greatest asset of the hotel though were its employees. From the parking attendants to the reception staff to the restaurant and lobby lounge staff to the housekeeping staff, our interactions had been nothing but very pleasant. I am particularly impressed with CJ, Ali, Vi, Marcus and Rain who were so attentive and service-oriented. We are coming back to this hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
