The absolute best beach location in Copa/Impa. Simple private room with shared bath that is much better than staying in a 8 bed bunk room of strangers. Not dirty. I saw someone cleaning evey day. Clean enough for the price. Not the Ritz, but I would return if I was alone and wanted something private and inexpensive in the best beach location in Rio.

Worst place and experience I've dealt with in rio and different countries ... I'm still baffled how this place is still running and hasnt been shut down yet. this venue deserve 0 stars ... Had bed bugs, changed place on arrival, husteled me for the change that i initially paid for, changed the price again.... completely unprofessional and cost me money to stay there as i had to get my luggage cleaned which cost me 250$ not to mention the anxiety of bed bugs. --- do not go here if you don't speak Portuguese or Spanish you will get scammed --- I feel extensively sorry for the residents living there

The location is good, but the hotel itself is terrible, not worth it. The owner was friendly when we called, although the guy in charge was very rude. The rooms are small and poorly ventilated (there is a micro window and a fan, with all the wiring exposed, everything is VERY dirty and old. The bed linen had a smell strong, I lined my sweatshirt and laid on top. I stayed in the hotel for 5 hours and left, I don't recommend it. Bathroom (it was dirty) and the kitchen (it was tidy) both are collective. I paid 129.00 for those hours. I only paid too because the city was full, and there were no vacancies in other hospitals in the region.

Dirty and very disorganized place. I made the reservation (check in at 2:00 pm) and upon arriving at the place I was informed that the room was not available and would only be released after 8:00 pm, leaving only one option left which would be a "room" which seemed more like a dispensation where They simply put a single bed, a place without any ventilation, without windows and very stuffy, in addition to the bed linen being dirty and smelling bad. The bathroom is shared and they did not provide toilet paper, much less towels. Not to mention everything we witnessed and what draws the most attention is the lack of empathy, people who had also made reservations with advance payment being informed that there were no rooms available either, making it necessary to sleep on the floor or sofa, due to lack of options. . If there is any positive point, the only one would be that it is very close to the beach.

I stayed from the 20th to the 22nd of January, there weren't many people, everything was clean and organized, the room, the view and the location are excellent, there is always a car in front of the building and it is very busy, for those who want to pay less by walking There are several buses in front, I was very satisfied, I will come back more often.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
