Great location. Cute hotel with modern furnishings. Self-service check in was easy, but missed having someone to talk to, to ask for recommendations too. Room was quite small for a couple with 2 large suitcases. Shower drain, didn’t drain very well so need to have a fairly quick shower before it overflows. Heating was also a bit too hot. Reducing the temperature didn’t do much so we turned it off. You can also open the windows. I loved the cute room set up though and has good amenities.

Swish, slick, modern for the money, but I do so like to meet a person. We had a room on the back of the building, so all was quiet. The fridge is free. In the service room there is only 1 washing machine. All in all good value for the price. And super clean.

The room is clean and comfy with large bathroom, location is super, closed to Hbf and has a cafe attached. Check in with a machine, so fine for introvert, but sometimes seeing guests queue up in that tiny area...so depends on the luck. Overall we enjoy the stay, and its a nice gesture to provide drinks snd snacks (as a reward after self check in!?lol)

Very convenient location, need some improvements in room service. Generally happy/ would go there again. Room is quite ok with size (pictures on site were accurate), location very convenient for me: 5 min walk to subway (incl. train to airport), center walking distance. Downside: room service was at times poor (most probably understaffed): stains on carpet before our arrival (not cleaned during our stay, crumbles on floor, tissues not replaced (could do it self-service), WhatsApp number not functioning, once they came very late (after 17:30), once not at all, but on checkout day they came at 09:30 (and I asked them to come later). Bathroom was clean/ no issues here. Room was quiet (view to Innenhof). Generally fair value and very convenient location for my purposes, so will most probably come back.

Check-in was odd. The machine didn’t work and we had to be checked-in across the road. The lift is very slow - only one lift for a lot of rooms and no service elevator so it is very difficult to get the lift when the cleaners are working. Good location - close to a lot of tram and underground options, cafes and walkable to sights. Room was fine, not a suite though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
