Arrived in the dark late on a Friday night . The pool bar was still open . The pool looked stunning . Reception and reception staff is clean welcoming. Porter was great after we had checked in, taking our bags to the room for us . The next day was Wow . Breakfast was really nice . Staff great again . No fighting for pool loungers. The hotel is just really, really nice . Have no negative comment to say at all . We had yo leave our room at 11 am. It's not a problem as there are showers and clean towels for you to use . Over all . A very nice hotel with even better staff 👌 I'm really so sorry. But Google WILL NOT LET ME PUT PICTURES ON OF THE HOTEL !!

A wonderful experience with a great pool with bar. Fantastic time and a friendly, accommodating staff. The hotel features an excellent buffet breakfast that was well stocked and had great variety. The rest of the day a restaurant was available to order excellent meals. The bartender made the best drinks we had on the entire island. The hotel will also arrange airport shuttles, which made travel effortless. Kamari beach is excellent and a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of great restaurants and activities to do. There's also a general store and rental car place right around the corner. Everything about this place was fantastic. I strongly recommend it!

While we enjoyed the hotel, the guests there are mostly old, retired, and cranky. Would not recommend for young singles or couples. The best option is to find a hotel in Fira, which is the easiest place to catch a bus to places all over the island.

Attractive setting overlooking the pool. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Service was very good. Good location if you are there for the beach. We were there at the end of April so it was too cool to make use of the beach. For that reason the location wasn’t the best for us. Fera would have been a more convenient location in our case. However it was easy to catch the local bus to see the island.

Lovely Hotel, great service, great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Couple of downsides being lack of availability of sunbeds at the main pool and aircraft noise due to how close the hotel is to the busy airport but neither of these would put us off staying again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
