        Whole holidays were awesome. Hotel and the morning staff very helpful nice and polite (special thanks to Dimitris and Xenia for perfectly done drinks and hospitality) of course late shift was also nice. We feel very comfortable there. By arriving even when was so late (11:00pm) we get something to eat and drink. Room clean and quiet with a lot of privacy. Perfect weather at this time in the year specially because of our almost 2 years old daughter. Thank You for having us and for the hospitality! Regards Simon Monika and Maria

        The hotel crew was great and helpful. They speak many languages. You can rent a car from the hotel rental. The main pool is great. Also, 4 pools more are available (2 for children; and one inside the building). The food was good.

        Very nice hotel with only a few little things that need improvement. The WiFi is terrible, and there doesn't seem to be enough seating at night for all guests, so people use the sunbeds around the main pool. Also, there should be another bar closer to the small pool for drinks, although the bar staff would carry your drinks on a tray if asked. Also, this is the first hotel I've been to that sticks to the no towels on the sunbeds before a certain time rule. They will move your towels every couple of days if you leave them out, although we noticed they didn't move everyones. Ours were taken away completely, so we had to wait until 10a.m to get new ones from the spa. My mother in law went to get them, and when she asked why they were taken and not others, the lady in the spa was pretty rude to her. Yes, these are the rules, but it should be the same for everyone. The room we had was OK and cleaned well every day. The best things about this hotel were the staff and the food. All the serving staff were very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Also, the food was some of the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive hotel. There was plenty of choice every day, and their deserts were amazing. Overall, it's a good hotel that needs some improvement.

        I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. From start to finish the staff were so friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend, the service was fantastic and any help needed they are more than welcoming to help you! The food is lovely too, I went for half board and I was not disappointed. I had a suite with my own pool, everything was perfect. I also went to the spa and had the full body massage, they were very booked up but the lady was very kind and had 2 spots left. Massage was wonderful. Location wise it's soooo close to the beach and lovely restaurants. To say the least Crete you were beautiful and you will always have room in my heart. I loved my stay at the hotel and I can't wait to come back! As a solo female traveller I felt safe and was met with such kindness from the staff. Efcharistó polý

        Quality hotel, kindness and smile of the staff who are extremely happy, a big thank you to Anastasia from the animation! Cleaning lady also at the top, superb swimming pools and quality of food! Excellent cocktail at the bar too, I recommend and hope to return!
