A very trendy hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond which made our stay special. Only a couple of comments there wasn’t any tea only coffee but I asked for a kettle and cups and bought my own tea ! But should provide tea as well as coffee really. The bedside light is too dark to read by could do with better lighting. The cocktails are a bit expensive at 19euros each and the breakfast was expensive at 25 euros but the evening meal although expensive was excellent So overall a great hotel w

We are just back from a Fantastic Family stay at This Hotel! The Staff were Wonderful, most especially the Lovely Guy on Reception (We very rudely never got His name!) The bar staff were so lovely too! We stayed in The Cambridge suite & wow it didn’t disappoint! Eclectic style oozes from every corner of this Hotel & Amazing Bar, the attention to detail is off the scale!! It's perfectly situated in Milan, a short walk across the bridge & U are on the wonderful canals of Navigli with its Fab bars & restaurants & buzzy vibes & a 20 minute walk or quick tram ride in the other direction will take U to Piazza Duomo! We didn’t eat Here as We were with Family & the food just didn’t suit but the cocktails in The Doping Room bar were amazing (pricey but hey, U don’t get bars like this on every corner) Our one & only negative comment would be the noise on Weekend Nights coming up from the bar pretty late into the Night. However it didn’t ruin Our Experience! Huge kudos to Aethos!! We would highly recommend it..

A beautiful hotel, conveniently located within minutes of Navigli. The rooms and the bar area are exceptionally decorated. I also used the gym which was fantastic. Love this place and will definitely stay here again when back in Milan.

The hotel aesthetic is enjoyable, each room has a different theme with attention to details. Unfortunately there are a few things in the room that are unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel: the mini fridge was super noisy, the bathroom was way too dark, the LED on the roof are not sufficient especially since the walls are painted with pitch black paint. I had breakfast once at the hotel: omelette, orange juice and a small fruit platter for 27€. Definitely over priced. The gym I can say is well kept with new machines. I met different members of the staff, some were very nice and available others were not.

I have never seen such attentive and friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Everyone, without exception. Both the reception and restaurant staff, and even the transfer driver who took us to the Central Station, who even went so far as to take our luggage up the Station's long staircase.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
