A nice small hotel, with modem and functional rooms. The manager is really friendly and helpful. Very well placed near the Ostiense Station. I will book it again without hesitation.

Very small room, uncomfortable shower because the entrance is located on the side of the toilet. Ordinary cleaning ok. Much less the extraordinary one. For example, the radiator in the bathroom was full of dust. The desk is almost non-existent. It was a mini desk on which you could place a maximum backpack. Location of the property quite central and a stone's throw from the Piramide metro station. Check in perfect via a special app which also allowed you to open the building door and the entrance door. Alternatively the keys were handed over.

Password dirt. A wash of the floor and a superficial mopping of the bathroom had been done, there's no denying it. But the rest? Duvet with yellow stains (which is quite unpleasant to see since it is used for sleeping), shower curtain battered and dirty. It was impossible to unpack as the wardrobes and drawers were very dirty and smelly. The dishes in the apartment were very dirty, as was the washing machine, plus there was no soap for the dishes or clothes. Not even a courtesy shower gel. The only positive thing is the proximity to the Ostiense station, but not to the metro. You can find better since the only positive note is the proximity to transport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
