I stayed in June. I really liked how hard the staff was trying to keep the place running well. Just sometimes he is a bit cranky. The process on opening door and etc is a bit annoying. Facility is amazing and clean! Super close to termini. Large and spacious dorm rooms. It was worth it

Fairly decent. Helpful staff. Do not expect hotel like environment. This is a hostel. You get to meet new people. Share a room. The price is affordable for the location. It's right across the stress from Roma Termini. If you are going to Rome to be out entire day and only sleep in at night, you can select this place!

Rooms are humble but very clean and very neat. Never been in a hostel with such an attendance to cleanliness before. The owner is most helpful, and a hard worker, he got my deep respect for that. Since I'm a very private person, the same plus did take from my privacy on the other hand, as he tends to enter the rooms often in order to make sure everything is 100%, also when late-night guests come. Which is good for the one arriving, less good for those sleeping/about to sleep. Location couldn't be better for the mobility, from/to te airport, Metro, hop on/hop off busses... It's all 5 min away (Roma Termini). Just the neighbourhood is not the cleanest part of Rome, I'm very smell-sensitive and I noticed it more then probably other people would. It's a matter of the Rome municipality thought. So besides of those small minuses for each criteria that I listed, everything is really good. If you are not a sensitive, private person, it is a 5. For people like me, still a 4. 😊

Great location next to the station, yet rooms are quiet. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and you can rent towels if you didn't bring one. There's a kitchen area with fridge so you can enjoy buy food and heat up etc, and tea and coffee available too. The hostel is spotlessly clean and the owner checks that guests are leaving the facilities clean. I have stayed here several times and the other guests have always been respectful. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
