Absolutely recommend this hotel. Reception is 24/7 so always a lovely member of staff happy to help. The rooms are lovely and clean, slightly small with 2 large suitcases in there but manageable for a week! Its a short minute walk to the beach and beach front bars / strip. However the rooms were so quiet, even with the strip and the planes going over (I'm a ridiculously light sleeper) Will be staying here again!

The receptionists were so kind and helpful. This hotel made our holiday much better. Staff are very happy to help. Although our checkout was at 11am we could enjoy the day at the beach and the hotel facilities. Before going to the airport we could use the shower that they provided with clean towels, shower gel and hairdryer for 30 minutos free of charge - you just have to book a slot in advance. I would choose this hotel again and again. Highly recommend

The staff overall were excellent. The one exception was a bartender that was passive aggressive about loaning out glasses for our room. Other than that staff were courteous and welcoming. Our original room was 503, it's like having a highway running past your patio, complete with a stream of people looking into your room. The pool and stairwell made it noisy, the A/C was inadequate. Avoid 501 - 504 if you want any privacy. Our second room, 711 was much better, certainly quieter. The biggest complaint was that the fridge wasn't cold enough. The bathroom was also very tight.

This hotel is worth FIVE stars for everything. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. ALL the staff in every department were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing with a very wide range to suit all tastes. The hotel is beautiful, modern , serene, tastefully decorated, and ideally sited to all the local amenities and right next to the wonderful Kamari beach. You will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a restful place to enjoy your holiday. I will be back when i can. The Afroditi Venus Hotel is now my "go to" hotel on Santorini. Highly recommended. I loved being here! Kamari is a great place to stay in Santorini and this Hotel is pretty centered with a great location. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of chairs and they provide the towels. The service is great and the reception is always ready to help you in any way. We lost all our luggage and they were lifesavers. The restaurant by the beach serves amazing food with delicious dishes and great portions. The room cleaning is perfection without getting in your way and the rooms are amazing! I discovered some channels that I really want to keep following and each room has private Wi-Fi. Just amazing experience overall! Would definitely stay there again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
