All staffs are wonderful, airport shuttle driver, Edi, and cleaning staffs. Edi was extremely helpful and kind. We had a ton of questions about transportation, restaurants and etc but he was so patient and extremely helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to help organize our trip there. Highly recommend this hotel because of the view and Edi (best customer service ever! He’s the BEST!). Every room has a view of the caldera which is amazing. You don’t have to go anywhere else to see the sunset. You can just stay at the hotel to enjoy the sunset with any crowd. I’m so glad we stayed at this hotel.

Eddie should get a bonus. He’s the reason we are having such a good time. Lovely bloke - can’t do enough for us. The hotel is what it is( amazing) but the staff make it. Awesome views of the caldera. Great sunset( better than Oia) Local restaurants are great. All in all recommended.

Amazing! We had the honeymoon suite with amazing views of the caldera and was able to sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Eddie was amazing, carrying our bags down and up the steps and looking after us during our stay. The place was amazing and the location was excellent. Quiet, great views of the sunset and amazing places to eat. It’s only a 25 min walk to Fira where the nightlife is and if you want to attempt a hike to Oia it takes 2 hours. If I go back to Santorini I’ll be staying in Imerovigli again and at the Afroessa Hotel.

Great experience! The Afroessa team are extremely accommodating, and will ensure that your stay is very as enjoyable and convenient as possible! The manager Edi was excellent, attended to all our requests in a very timely and professional manner. He ensured we were comfortable and wanted for nothing! Breakfast was also splendid. Awesome stay! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which had stunning views of the Caldera and Skaros rock. The private hot tub was amazing, and looks right out onto the Caldera. It is much more private than most of the other Caldera view+ hot tub rooms in Fira and Imerovigli, and offers a better view. (No obstruction from Skaros rock, as with some other Imerovigli hotels). One thing to note is that the honeymoon suite is located at the very bottom of the property, on the edge of the caldera - there are lots of steps to get down and back up again, so something to consider if you struggle with stairs. The hotel is located a 5 mins walk from the heart of Imerovigli, once you reach the top.

Highly recommend! I will stay at Afroessa again if I come back to Santorini. The service was incredible. Eddie and the team are very available and helpful. Gorgeous views and the location is great. Next to Fira but quieter and calmer and still has easy access to good restaurants. Short drive everywhere else. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
