Overall, we had a decent experience at this hotel. We have a mixed bag of comments. On the negatives, the rooms were surprisingly small, we were told NOT to flush toilet paper which forced us to use the bidet. This would have been fine if the water pressure was any good. The pressure in the bidet and the shower was pretty much a driggle. The shower head was also broken which made the shower experience a little less than enjoyable. On the positive side though, the service we got from Mario was excellent, along with the breakfast service. The lady who served us breakfast and cleaned our room was so nice. The location of the hotel is within reasonable walking distance to everything which was great. We will consider coming back in the future to check out the experience in another room.

Really great location, close to all attractions, and good restaurants. Very friendly hosts. Room was smaller but, we had all we need. Could be bit cleaner, but it was great valid fot the money. Breakfast was simple, but OK.

5 stars because it was a very nice stay. We have no regret to have booked and if we come back to Roma we will definitely book Mario’s Bed and Breakfast. I saw that some guests didn’t write so nice reviews but we didn’t have this kind of experience. Of course, it’s not completely perfect but it was confortable and we slept very well. About the breakfast, i read also some complaints… It’s not an hotel and it’s not the same kind of breakfast but for the price by night I think it’s perfect. And the more important is that it was the occasion to talk with Imelda who takes care of the breakfast. As Mario, she is a very nice person and very friendly. They are both very friendly and they do the best to make us feel like at home. And this is the most important. When we arrived, Mario welcomed us very warmly, gave us some advices to visit the city and offered us fresh orange juice. The day of departure we had to go to airport in the night and Imelda proposed us kindly to give us a ride. This can give an idea of this place where everything is more about humanity than money.

Mario is probably the most accommodating host I met while traveling in Italy. He goes above and beyond in making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The location is perfect if you're looking to visit the most well known attractions. Rooms are cozy and clean - would definitely stay here again.

A little bed and breakfast within walking distance of some of Rome's main attractions. Great hosts who will happily recommend local restaurants and provides a free map to get you oriented. Rooms are fairly small but clean and has air conditioning to help with the June heat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
