lost half my cash money in the safe!!! Story: This is the most shocking thing I have ever experienced in my trips ever undoubtedly! I stayed in Agora Life with my parents for a week. Once we arrived, I put some money in the safe. We had a great time in Istanbul for a week and at the end of the week once we were getting ready to check out, I noticed half the money in the safe was gone! It was so shocking I couldn't believe it! The hotel receptionist and I went to the police station to file a complaint and they were asking for a proof of money and questioning if I am lying! that's sounds ridiculous! later they said I can still file a complaint but if they don't find anything the hotel have the right to sue me! I have never been in these types of situations ever in my life so I decided not to get involved with the paper work and gave up! I felt it's moral thing to me to share the story for people looking for a safe place to stay in Istanbul.

Simple, but very clean and good rooms. Very good beds. The best staff! Ever! So welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very near all important things: Sofia Hagia, Blue Mosque, the tram and the best restaurants.

This is a nice hotel, with very good bedrooms, although the TVs in the room, if you want to catch up on the international news etc are temperamental at best. Location is excellent if you are looking for a short walk to the Blue Mosque / Aya Sofya. The roof terrace at the top has amazing views, really to die for, that said, the breakfast buffet is a little to be desired. A bit disappointing to be honest. Unless you like something very simple, you should probably budget to go to one of the near-by cafes for Breakfast. The roof terrace as well is screaming out to have a bar on it or taken advantage of a little more. Staff advise they have no issues of you bringing your own drinks/beers etc and using the roof, but it feels these small points take away from what could be a really great hotel.

The stay was pleasant and they upgraded our room with better views. Breakfast is pretty standard and could be improved. The views from the terrace are incredible and that is what we liked the most. The staff is very friendly, I just didn't like it at all that on the last day they didn't allow us to be in the room for an hour after check out, we stayed 6 nights and I think it would have been nice to give us an extra hour. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Quirky quaint little place that still has a real key to lock the doors... awesome location....close to restaurants, supermarket, shopping, attractions.. .our room was clean but was a bit small but had a fabulous view of Hagia Sophia... plenty of bottled water....rooftop was great to relax and the view from there was "incredible" pitty there was no bar up there tho... The go to guy Gokan (think I spelt it right) was awesome..great English and nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble for this guy he was fabulous 🤩 I would not hesitate to recommend this jotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
