Real gem in central Tokyo. Very much in love and 1000% coming back for longer stay. Clean, modern, minimalistic Japanese style hotel. Located in quiet street (rarely trafficked by motor vehicles) with convenience store in corner. 1 street away from closest train station. Steps away from local restaurants. Hotel is located pretty centrally from other areas of interest so most nights we just walked back to the hotel and enjoyed the sites as opposed to using the train. Rooms are very clean + have all basic needs. Hotel equips you with slippers and Japanese style cotton gown for your stay. Bed and sheets are dreamy. Perfect room temperature throughout our stay. Separate space w/ door for Japanese bidet toilet, shower is also separate with sink/vanity in hall… room has sliding door for extra privacy if you want to turn hall into private closet/dressing area. Staff was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay, nothing but praise for the staff and their hospitality. Upon early arrival or check out you have the option of leaving your luggage safely in hotel until you need it.

We had breakfast included, but were given a voucher for a coffee shop 5 minutes away which offered a pizza toast and black coffee. If you wanted a drop of milk you had to pay extra. this is unacceptable from a four star hotel that charges you for breakfast. The rooms were modern, but cramped, and had little space for luggage. The heating on the hotel was turned up so high that despite it not being hot outside we needed air conditioning and to open the window to be able to sleep. The air conditioning defaulted back to 25ºC after a while, so it was very hard to cool the room. Would not recommend.

The room is small, but very clean. The shower and the toilet are separated and vanity is next to the bedroom. There is a refrigerator and a cute kettle. I wish they have regular coffee, instant coffee in the room. Staff are very friendly and the luggage I asked them to store the day prior to check in was in the room!

Room was small and cozy, managed to open 2 big luggages. Pros: Good location near to ginza shopping streets Affordable Clean rooms Free croissants/bread and coffee every morning for self-service Cons: The hotel towels have a smell, i think its their detergent smell but i dont really like it as it smells a bit sour and not like clean fresh linen. The shower feels very budget like you are showering in a container. No blackout curtains, light shines through in the morning. No coin laundry, nearest coin laundry is 10mins walk away No major dealbreakers, but good to note.

Location is great, very close to 2 metro stations and close to Ginza shopping area. The staff are extra nice and helpful. Rooms are a little small but have all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel. The heated toilet was a nice bonus. We never had breakfast there so we have no idea regarding that. On the 12th is a smoking area. In the lobby of the hotel you will also find complimentary drinks and a currency exchange machine. Also convenient are the 2 mini marts. Overall a real good stay, couldn't be happier! Loved it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
