Based on the many photos compiled here (which include mine), you can see that the atmosphere and general location of the hotel is wonderful. It’s a comfy place that contains a beautiful garden within it. Furthermore, the actual location of the hotel within Station 2 is very convenient, it’s so close to everything that you can just walk to the places you need to be going to (like D-Mall, et cetera). The hotel doesn’t have a pool, or any of the other fancy facilities you’ll find in a hotel like Astoria, but for the price of the rooms, this is definitely a great find. The staff are kind, as in very sweet and welcoming. They were more than happy to deal with any of my family’s requests and concerns, great advisors as well! I will say that the running joke with everyone at the hotel is the stairs. From the main road, you have to climb at least two flights of stairs to get to the hotel’s lobby. Once you’re there, if your room is on the fourth floor, you have to climb four flights of stairs! But if you’re an able bodied person, you should be completely fine. So in other words, if you need ease of access, this is probably not the hotel for you.

From the second we got to the hotel the staff were incredibly accommodating and so lovely. Free beach towel rentals, fast Laundry services, clean rooms with comfy beds and great air con. There are many stairs however, the male staff carried all our bags up for us. Overall, a great stay.

2 thumbs-up to all the staff of Agos Boracay. Thank you for the excellent service. Just a few minutes walk to White Beach and conveniently located in Station 2 main road. Note: If you are booking here and staying with senior citizens or kids, I suggest getting a room in the first or 2nd floor. We stayed in the 4th floor and had a very healthy time climbing them stairs on a daily basis. They do provide 1 bottled water per person per day but it is not enough. Good thing they also offer the 5gallon water for 100 pesos which is a good deal instead of buying water outside. They also allow guests to borrow beach towels and umbrella in case you need them. The staff on duty will give you tips on where to buy the cheapest souvenirs or how to go to puka beach, etc.

Very welcoming, nice, and accommodating ng staff. Super clean ng room. This hotel is also a walking distance to Station 2.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
