Had an amazing experience at the hotel. The food was delicious and on point. Very close to waterfront and other activities. From the pool area, you can see Table Mountain. Friendly and smiling staff, they are very attentive. Will definitely come back ✌️

The hotel is nice with a close distance to Waterfront and the advantage of having several buildings of this hotel to give a conduit for a river to pass through. Balconies have nice views to river that passes the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Never tried their food because it’s not Halal. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

Very average stay. Location and service was 2 stars. Food was ok, but some came quickly while other courses took 20 minutes, both times we ate there. Check-in is a slow process for unknown reasons. First you have to find a place to park to check-in, there is no temporary spot! WiFi did not work in our room. Poor planning for a "business" hotel by the convention center. Cape Town is lovely, but would not stay here again.

Fantastic Family Stay at aha Harbour Bridge Hotel and Suites! Our family recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at aha Harbour Bridge Hotel and Suites, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The warm hospitality extended throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast at Canal Café. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and we were particularly impressed with the attentive service provided by Leeanche and Ncedisa Goba. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable, especially considering we had our two under two babies with us. Their big smiles and helpful attitude made each meal a pleasure. The rooms at aha Harbour Bridge Hotel and Suites were both comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing haven for our family. We appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. We also want to commend the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for their exceptional service. Shepherd from maintenance was prompt in addressing our concerns, swiftly replacing burnt-out bulbs and attending to a faulty dryer. Their efficiency and friendliness added to the overall positive impression we had of the hotel. The only hiccup during our stay was the non-functional Wi-Fi. However, we understand that a new system was implemented on the day we departed, which should resolve the issue for future guests. We appreciate the effort made to enhance the guest experience and understand that these things happen from time to time. In conclusion, our family had a wonderful time at aha Harbour Bridge Hotel and Suites. The combination of friendly staff, delicious dining, comfortable rooms, and quick service for maintenance matters made our holiday truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely 3 night stay. Great location, walkable to V&A waterfront. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed dinner at hotel restaurant too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
