Beautiful new apartment hotel. Interior is very beautiful and spacious. My room was suitable for a family. The bathroom was super clean and new and toiletries are included. Check in was very fast it took just one minute. It was raining at night, it was super cool. I didn't turn on the air conditioner I just opened the windows. It was a great night's sleep. There is no restaurant in the lobby but there's a pizza hut across the street.

We spent one night at this hotel and we were very happy with our choice. Clean and spatious studio. Location- 5 min from train station and airport. No noise at night. Soft mattrasses. And most importantly the staff was great- late check in and leaving our bags till evening was no problem for them. Thank you for that.

This location is incredible. The service was 5 stars. I arrived at early morning at 6 am. The man picked up the call and willing to service us. More of that is he call the taxi for us to Bana Hill which the price is cheaper than Grab!!! It was raining very hard at that time. He helped until get to the taxi. Once again I would like to thanks this service. Very Appreciate!!!!!

Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. I and my kid were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses. I hope the hotel can improve its services for future guests.

Near Danang Railway Station (5-7 minutes walk). Definitely perfect place for a solo traveller or small family. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
