        Honestly the place needs mantainance, pictures are a bit deceitful, bathroom look really not nice. For sure is not a 3 stars hotel. People is really nice there, location is super good.

        Edit: tried to speak with customer service and do to there not being a complaint logged they refuse to do anything. Even though I tried on 2 different occasions to either chnage rooms or get my linens switched, neither of which they did and I was forced to find another hotel and pay AGAIN! DO NOT VISIT Unfortunately I was disappointed in my stay here. The room was decent but there was ants on the bed and the walls and the bathroom. The wifi did not work, nor did the hot water in the shower. There is a small pool on the main level and some chairs for sitting throughout the facility. .it's in a good location to walk to many restaurants, shops, party spots, etc. It is right around the corner from coco bongos so for my ear plugs were a must 😅 Also there is no restaurant/bar on the property, although it states there is one.

        Worst hotel! False advertisment! Positive: * Safety deposit box in the room. * Location was perfect!! Just one minute walk from the main street Quinta Avenida. * Flexible check-in times. * Clean rooms and facilities thanks to Mari and co. * Super comfortable beds! We stayed in a twin room and the beds were a very generous size. * Free and fast wifi in the rooms and facilities. * Air-conditioning in the room * Payment on arrival and free cancelation until 1 day before arrival. * Mini fridge in the room. * Cool, bohemic vibe in the facilities. * Being surrounded by nightclubs there was surprisingly little noise. * CCTV in all common areas. Negative: * False advertising of so many things! Yes, there was a disclaimer note when we booked that "some things might be unavailable due to covid-19" but they need to specify exactly which things are unavailable and not just list lots of things that aren't actually being offered at the moment! * More like a B&B than a 3 star hotel.. * The shower head was loose and almost came off the wall. * No hooks at all on the walls to hang clothes, just a long pole for hangers with only 4 hangers on it which obviously wasn"t enough for 2 people to hang clothes on.. * Almost no pressure in the shower and you were lucky if you got hot water. * No proper window in the bathroom, just a hole in the wall with a bugscreen. Anyone walking past outside the window could see you take a shower. If standing on the 2nd floor landing you had a full view into the shower of the rooms on the ground floor. * The room was supposed to come with complimentary bottles of water and other things (as advertised in the pictures) but there was nothing when we checked in. * Staff was indifferent, almost rude. They didn't greet the guests or even smile. * The first two nights we didn't have duvets. On the third day after cleaning the room they had made the beds with duvets.. * All towels that we got had holes in them!! AND we had to share one handtowel between us. We asked to get one more handtowel in reception and got one but the next day it had disappeared from our room! * No AM/FM alarm clock (advertised) * The TV had no connection/ no channels. * No bar. (advertised) * No restaurant. (advertised) * No live entertainment. (advertised) * No breakfast or "packed lunches" (advertised) * Roomservice? No. (advertised) * No poolside snackbar. (advertised) * The "pool" was 1m/ 3ft deep. We didn't get any towels for the pool or the beach as advertised. * The lady in reception didn't even look up from her computer screen when we checked out. She just asked "what's your room number' and said 'ok' when I put the key on the table. No 'eye contact, no 'thank you' or 'goodbye' or anything! * The lack of basic customer service was shocking! * it's cheap but still not worth it, there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Will NOT come again and we don't recommend this hotel.

        Let’s start off with the room, it looks nothing like on the pictures! The place had one window and it was facing a wall. The worst part was the location, it’s one block from all the bars and crazy loud music. The shower window was open with just a net and the whole noise from outside was so loud starting at 1pm that I could not fall asleep until 4am. Good luck with this place !!! I don’t recommend to anyone

        Good hotel and close to the beach. However, if you are a light sleep stay somewhere else because there is a lot of muscle from the clubs. Room is clean and confrotable

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
