I loved staying at Ahyu! Every staff member was so friendly and helpful for me. I ended up extending my stay. The rooms are cleaned by request and they do a great job! The bed was extremely comfortable and over all I felt really cozy and safe here. I enjoyed the nice rooftop space on the fourth floor. The rail station is only around the corner and Petaling street/Chinatown is a short walk away. Thank you to the team at Ahyu!

We stayed at the Ahyu Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and the owners were incredibly welcoming. During our stay, we had to leave for a few days to visit some islands and we left our valuables and belongings in the hotel. Not a single thing went missing, which speaks to the high level of security and excellent service provided by the staff. They were very accommodating and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was standard and comfortable, although it didn't have any windows. However, all the facilities that a tourist would need were conveniently located nearby. We were pleased with the service provided by the hotel staff and their willingness to assist us with any requests or inquiries. Overall, we highly recommend staying at the Ahyu Hotel. The prices are very reasonable, the hotel is well-maintained, the staff are friendly and attentive. It was a great choice for our stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I saw 3 receptions and they were very friendly. As a former hotel employee, their interest and knowledge are very good. The towels in the room were a little dirty but such problems can be considered normal :) I was in a windowless room but the air conditioning was sufficient. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you team👌🏻

Excellent value for money, friendly Staff and clean, spacious room (my room has a window) and bathroom with basic amenities included. Smooth checkin, several little shops and restaurants around. Overall a great experience !

Ah this hotel is a little slice of heaven! The rooms feel luxurious when you’re on a tight budget. They have everything you need - tv, fridge, kettle, hot water! It’s great. The bed is comfy. The staff are friendly, always willing to help. Definitely worth the money!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
