Great place to stay just about 4-6 minutes far from the Pisa airport arrivals. It's very convenient, especially if the planes lands quite late. Prices per night are very competitive and fair, especially considering the availability of buffet and "Italian-style" light breakfast. During the nice, warm season, the front garden is suitable to have meals or a chilled drink (plastic tables with umbrellas and chairs available). There are 4 rooms available to book, which refer to the name of the place: 4 elements = earth, wind, water and fire. Our room was the wind room, just next to the shared bath. It was nice, clean and tidy. It was well-organised. I can tell the same about the bathrooms. Great place for short stays both for single persons, couples, or even families.

Decent option if you need somewhere to crash for an early or late flight. The b&b is a five minute walk to the Metro and airport. Sharing bathrooms wasn't ideal but also not the end of the world. It was slightly noisy as we had the room next to the bathrooms and heard everyone coming and going.

We arrived on a very late flight. The male owner met us at midnight and was very pleasant and amenable. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice. The only thing that let the place down was the aggressive behaviour of one of the ladies in the morning. At five minutes to ten as I attempted to remove all my luggage from the room whilst my husband got the hire car she was wagging her finger at the sign saying that all guests and baggage must be off he property by ten am. This was totally unnecessary as I was clearly leaving anyway!!

We wanted somewhere simple after a late flight and this B&B was easy walking from arrivals at Pisa. Simple, basic, shared bathroom but just what we wanted. Had directions to a good place to eat late and it all worked out well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
