Bad place and its price is many times more than its value There is no safety in going up. Anyone from the street can go up to the rooms Bed covers are very dirty The water is not clean from the dirt yellow in color and it's very weak in shower The room floor is dirty

First the pros: it's very near to Dukuh Atas station where you can access airport train, KRL, LRT, Busway. Many taxis are available round the clock and you can easily walk less than 10 minutes to big shopping malls. Room is quite spacious with good view toward Thamrin street. For the cons: my elderly parents complained about the aircon and the engineer that this hotel sent gave not so friendly response, such as they're the only room that complains, maybe they can get another technician instead, or move to another room, so please stay away from this hotel just because their technician sucks. Other than that, front desk, restaurant staffs and security did a great job.

Negetive: 1.Water heater not fuctioning 2.couldn't open door with access card,had to wait 15 min for them to fix it 3.stains on carpet and bed 4.food tasted horrible,food was cold. 5.basin was broken,called them to fix it 3 times but still didn't. 6.bathroom has a smell. 7.window glass was shaky(definitely dangerous if u bring children along) Positive: 1.staff was friendly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
