        Sorry that I forgot to take some photos for the bedroom. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. I don't expect it can be so quiet. There are some convenience stores nearby. It's very easy to take a taxi or the train. Most importantly, all the staffs are nice and they speak good English. I stayed one night only as I had to fly to Toronto the next day. I arrived in 27 June 2023 and I didn't know how to use the self-check in machine but the staff taught me how to use step by step. I accidentally left my printed air ticket in the room on 28 June 2023. When I came back to take my luggages, they gave my printed air ticket with a plastic cover. I was very grateful for the cleaning lady. Also, I asked a male staff to help me call a taxi. He even stood next to me when I was waiting for the taxi. He was polite and friendly as he lowered his body when I was talking to him. Additionally, he took the initiative to help me remove my heavy luggage and communicated with the taxi driver because I could not speak Japanese. My luggage was very heavy and I felt guilty but he always smiled to me. I really appreciate and I am very thankful for what he had done to me. But regret that I didn't ask for his name. I was surprised to know that this's a 2 star hotel as the service they provided like a 5 star hotel. Lastly, I would like to say thank you to all the staffs.

        Nice staff, good location for the airport. There is no room cleaning if you stay more than one day. You can do self check in and checkout during night or early morning.

        All staffs were ready to serve kindly except for a night shift worker who acts like a jailor in Zimbardo’s experiment. FYI, It was creepy. Close to stations, good value, and the room was clean and neat.
