I do not recommend eating at the restaurant. The food was unseasoned over cooked and just not good. My biscuits and gravy tasted like salt soup on white bread with my sausage as hard as a rock. Decent hotel. The room was clean and good enough for what I needed. The front desk and waitresses at the restaurant (2 chicks) were very nice.

Looked like an average hotel from the outside but the lobby was very clean, vibrant and modern with nice decorative touches. The staff were very welcoming and check in was a breeze. We got a suite and an adjacent room for our son. We were shocked to see how spacious the rooms were. The suite had a large sitting area with decent kitchen, cooktop and full sized fridge. Suite bedroom had a king sized bed with a chaise and office desk. The adjacent room had double queen beds with office desk. The mattress and pillows were so comfy that I slept like a baby all through our stay. The parking lots were very clean and the outdoor patio space was very clean as well with evergreen grass, fire pit and pool area that was closed due to winter. The lobby had another sitting area and a gym. The best was having Two Chicks restaurant right in the lobby with fresh food and juice. We ate there everyday! Outside of the hotel, there were other places to eat and shop within walking distance. Very close to the airport and to get back on the highway. Would highly recommend this place. Forgot to mention, this was the 1st place that had a steamer for your clothes instead of an iron! I loved it even though I always carry my own travel steamer!

This is a nice, clean modern hotel that was refurbished. It's one of the nicest Best Westerns we've stayed at. The location is close to resturants and next to the Atlantis casino I'f that's your thing. and close to 580 so it's easy to get to. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's a good deal for the price. We stayed one night and came back on our way through another time. It's dog friendly but with a $33.00 nightly charge and a $100 deposit. The rooms are modern and super clean. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. It's nor a Hilton or Marriott but was perfect for what we needed when going and coming from visiting family.

This hotel was a great find for a relatively cheap price. They did a great job with the renovation. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the entire place was clean and well-kept, and the beds were comfortable. However, our coffee machine didn't work, and waiting for a replacement delayed us from leaving for about 1 hour on our first day there. That being said, once it was replaced it worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! How does this place have a 4 star rating?! The room is absolutely disgusting. It’s so dirty and with hair on the sink and shower area! The walls are super thin too. We paid for two nights but we couldn’t stay for the second night. You can hear EVERYTHING from both sides, upstairs and outside. You cannot sleep!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
