Greek hospitality at their best.Amazing staff and awesome service. Beautiful rooms with spectacular views. The hotel is in a quiet part of the fira , but it is just 5 min away from all the hustle and bustle , restaurants, etc. Breakfast served outside our room was outstanding. Would love to come again and stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Incredible views to neighboring islands. Satisfying breakfast. Beds are a little too firm for my taste. Friendly, helpful, staff. A few tips: #1. Hotel is on the side of a cliff and is not wheelchair friendly. Even for able-bodied folk, the steps to the rooms are cobblestone and relatively. #2. If you need to ship liquids (wine, honey, olive oil) then you'll need a wooden crate and you can't get one from the post office. However, you can purchase wine crates from Santo Winery, a few miles away from the hotel. The wooden wine crates are about 12 euros and hold 3 bottles, but can be used to ship other liquids. The post office, which is close by, will accept them. Just secure the lid with tape. 7 kilos was about $91 euros to ship to the US. The local DHL partner wanted $300 to ship the same package.

Spent 3 nights mid Sept 2022. Amazing location and hotel. Central located- 5 min walk to all restaurants, views etc… yet secluded and quiet at night. Incredible views. Breakfast divine, served in room or restaurant. We picked room in our balcony. There is a restaurant next door with live music- 2 musicians playing cocktail music. Not loud at all…. Soothing music. Stayed in a Panoramic view room. Unbelievably suite.

Service as incredible. We were greeted by Milen, who was very professional, informative and friendly. Our room was the honeymoon suite with gorgeous views. The hotel is located in the best part of Fira. Easy walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. Definitely will stay there again when in Santorini.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
