Such lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Always greeted us with a smile as we came in and out. They let us check in early and gave us a lovely spacious room on a nice little street with great facilities on it (spa, laundry and circle k around the corner). Very clean room and great stay!

In backpacker's alley. Not much to say other than Vy, the check in person was nice and let us get into the room earlier than 2. Room was clean enough but the TV was broken and half black. Bathroom had a stall for shower and dispensers for soap and shampoo. Wouldn't suggest for families but we wanted somewhere near our bus stop for our final night. A lot of good local food nearby and central, too.

I booked Ailen Boutique hotel which is connected to this one. Very confusing, I think the name "Ailen Boutique" is advertised to avoid the negative reviews of this one, even though they are the same and connected. The room was filthy, hair all over the floor, dirty stained sheets, extremely run down interior, no hot water, moldy bathroom, loud at night and not at all like the photos. No one at the check in desk of Ailen Boutique, they kept running over from Ailen Garden which is next door. Avoid booking Ailen Garden and Ailen Boutique. Do not recommend.

It was terrible! No one was there when we came, and the door was locked into the hotel. So we had to wait several hours outside, in 35°c with our backpacks for someone to come. The room was old, worn down and dirty, there was spiderweb in the sealing and ants running up and down the walls. The only thing clean was the sheets. And it smelled like a bar, someone had smoked in the room. The smell did not go away. The receptionist failed to give us the code for the hotel door, so when we came back late in the evening to sleep, we could not get in. Luckily some random dude who had stayed there the week before passed us and helped us in. Is says 24/7 reception, this is not true at all. We tried to call the number on the sogn, it was not a functionimg number. Says breakfast including, there was no breakfast. The location is fine . Everything else was so bad - don't go!

As many others, we booked this place based on good but OLD reviews on booking. We got in late at night and I must say Mimi was very helpful with our check in. Nonetheless since we stayed in different hotel of this owner, we ended up walking around the streets at 3am after 39 hours of traveling completely exhausted. Finally we found this places, cockroaches welcomed us and we got our room. That room was just a disaster, not clean, loud, cold water only, smelly, definitely not what we booked on booking. Also, there was no breakfast in the morning. Next morning we talked to the owner, she had the same apology about room not being cleaned and if we can stay there for another night. We said ok and after two nights moved to better looking place from booking pictures... The owner canceled our reservation on booking, I assume so she saves money and also so we can't rate our stay there. Not fair!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
