Stayed at this hotel thinking it’s a 4-5 star hotel but I was wrong first I saw a roach nearby the lobby and we booked a double bed room but they gave us a single bed the room itself was not even that good looks like ur average one star hotel the hotel is in a sketchy area and it’s overpriced.

My mom and I stayed here for seven nights. It was our first time visiting in Istanbul. I was so relieved that the hotel was nothing like what the reviews were saying. We were absolutely amazed and impressed with all of the hospitality staffs . Everyone from the front desk,and dining were polite while being highly efficient. They provided a high level of service with the utmost courtesy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hospitality, the manager beytullah is out of this world I’ve been so many countries not met a man like this amazing in every way possible will make your stay very comfortable make you feel at home he will go above and beyond for you I will be just coming back to this hotel just to meet him that’s how good he is and hotel, highly recommended clean nice local to the shops, everything you need nothing to complain about

My room was below the restaurant, and the floor isolation was very bad.I could hear everything. Also, the rooms sound isolation was poor. I could hear people talking. Breakfast OK. People very nice!

Nice staff...a bit run down....hair dryer didn't work...no foreign stations on TV...poor selection of drinks in bar....very Turkish breakfast....not much choice on menu at night and nothing close by restaurant wise....no complaint for what we paid

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
