My wife and I spent 4 nights with breakfast at this hotel as my surprise birthday present and it could not have been better. The hotel is old, but warm and full of charm and character. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and lovely hot showers. The staff were lovely; very friendly and always ready to help and assist. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of fresh bread/rolls; cheeses; cold meats/hams/sausages. Also available was a cooked breakfast of boiled/scrambled eggs and cooked sausages. Not forgetting fruit juice and fresh coffee or tea. The hotel is also in a great central location ideal for shopping and near rail stations and bus stops giving easy access to the many tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend!

Location is not too far from the public transport but there are no sites nearby to see. I had a room in front of the bathroom, it was very loud, as soundproofing from other rooms of the corridor is bad. I also had the lights of the corridor and bathroom illuminating my room all the time. The bed was okay and it was nice to have the sink in the room. I was very surprised however, at the quality of the food. Very good and polite service, which is rare in Germany.

Superb location, Ideal for the Zoo with good transport connections. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to help. Breakfast is good and fills you for the day. Room was just what is needed for a base, was clean and the shower was superb. Can't recommend the hotel enough.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very close to the city center and the staff always does above and beyond to help you out... especially if you are coming from another country. I can't wait to go back.

Review based on a free invite to check it out. Good prices from what i saw, clean & rather spacious rooms for a Hotel, you dream of in their beds, super friendly staff, free sweets at the entrance and it has a nice connection with public transport via Wittenbergplatz.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
