Checking in and out is a breeze. Lobby is decent. Rooms are clean and priced reasonably. Good driving distance to any point of interest in Makati.

Lucky enough to have stayed at the newer units. I did read bad reviews about the elevators and cockroaches but the unit assigned to us was tidy, fully-furnished, everything worked, elegant. View was great too at the 10th floor. Wished we were assigned some place higher but I think the higher floors have older units. Anyhoo, the location is excellent as the shopping mall is just down below. There's a nearby park and found some street vendors selling fruits and street foods of course. Might come back here.

one of our go-to place for staycation. our Airbnb host provides a superb service (Residencia del Air in Airbnb), the property management admin here needs to re-evaluate check-in and check-out process for their guests.

It's hard to use the pool if we are staying in the building. I had to go to management office in B2 floor! that only opens at 9AM-6PM. I waited for a long time with other tenants who are doing admin/payment stuff. After more than 15 minutes, can't even pay bcs they only accept cash. The day before I came at 5.45 to the management office and they said they already closed for the day. Ended up not using the pool because it's ridiculously hard & such a waste of time. I never find other building/apartment asking additional fee for the residents to use the facilities. I don't know if this is a thing in the Philippines. But if you want guests to pay for the pool, at least make it easier by enabling us to pay near the pool.

Really good option when staying in Makati, central Manila. Rented for 3 nights from Air residence host 4229 which was sufficient for such a small studio - better for 1 person than a couple ( a little cramped for 2) but well equipped with small settee, kitchen table & desk, comfortable bed, washing machine, cupboard. Basic kitchen utensils. Small Shower /bathroom. Great view over the city with tiny balcony and chair. Good Wi-Fi and AC, and large screen TV with Netflix, prime, YouTube. It was comfortable and clean. Just a bit small. The building is huge with a lot of units., so it can take at least 10 min to wait for the lifts. Shops with restaurants and groceries downstairs like 7-11, really convenient., and a lot of atms/banks nearby. The owner Lorraine and host Chrisper were very responsive. The building requires a lot of ID checking on arrival, and the organisation of our IDs when checking out took a long time for the reception guard to locate, which was worrying, but all ok in the end. It’s good the building generally has high security for safety of the residents. It has a pool but it’s a pay as you go service . We didn’t use it during our stay. The large bottle of water, toiletries and washing up liquid provided were very helpful during our stay .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
