Hello, a beautiful hotel, a beautiful and quiet location, a view of the sea, and beautiful hospitality. One of the most beautiful staff. I have a smile, sophisticated dealings, and patience with the guests. To be honest, I am very relieved from this beautiful, quiet, and clean place. Excellent in cleanliness and upscale treatment. And even more so, the hotel manager is a beautiful and elegant person in dealing with and helping and understanding the guest. What? He wants and all amenities are provided for him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the management and to the director of the hotel, Mir, for providing amenities for the guests.

My recent stay at Aira Beachfront Hotel in Boracay was nothing short of extraordinary. Situated on the serene Bulabog surfing beach, the hotel offers a perfect and convenient location, only 10 minutes away from Dmall and the island's main attractions. The hotel staff, under the leadership of the exceptional Miss Mir, displayed unparalleled kindness, accommodation, and flexibility throughout our stay. A heartfelt special thanks to Ai, Rose, Jess, the maintenance gentlemen, and Anne for their outstanding contributions to our experience. In a moment of crisis when we misplaced around 20,000 pesos, Miss Mir and her dedicated team turned the room upside down to help us find the money, showcasing a level of commitment and care that goes above and beyond. From our late-night arrival at the Jetty port, where we were greeted by the hotel's private chauffeur, to Miss Mir's continuous guidance on maximizing our Boracay adventure, every aspect of our stay was seamless. Not only is Aira Beachfront Hotel perfectly located, but it also resides in a quiet side of Boracay, providing an oasis of tranquility amidst the vibrant surroundings. After an initial checkout to explore another hotel on the island, we quickly returned to Aira, realizing that we missed the unmatched hospitality and generosity offered here.

My husband and I recently stayed at Room 202 in this hotel, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Prior to booking, we explicitly communicated our need for a stable internet connection due to remote work requirements. We were assured that the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, but the reality was quite the opposite. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed frequent disconnections, making it nearly impossible to use the internet. We approached the management to address the issue, but instead of a resolution, we were told it was the first time they had heard of such a problem. Frustrated, we suggested having it checked the next morning, but to our dismay, no one came to resolve the issue. The following day, we contacted the hotel again, expressing our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the promised resolution was still absent. Adding to our disappointment, the breakfast served was subpar, with the beef tapa being excessively tough to chew. Deciding that we could not endure the remaining days with such poor service, we chose to cancel the rest of our stay. Upon requesting a 30-minute late checkout for our convenience in finding another hotel, the manager callously denied our request, citing other guests checking in, even though the hotel was far from fully occupied. What appalled us the most was the lack of apology, empathy, or any form of effort to rectify the situation. Despite our unpleasant experience, the management seemed indifferent to our inconvenience. We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the unsatisfactory customer service left a lasting negative impression. Our expectations for a comfortable and productive stay were clearly not met, and we regret choosing Aira for our visit to Boracay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
