This hotel has lovely comfortable rooms, once you get past the drunks, tramps and sex workers outside. Unfortunately it is massively let down by the poor customer service. Their favourite word is "no" We had cause to make a complaint to the manager but had no reply, we even contacted the Kingston group but again they never had the courtesy to respond. There are better run hotels in nicer streets in Bangkok

Highly recommended hotel. My husband and I spent 3 nights here. We loved their bed -- super comfortable to sleep on. We loved that they have a up-to-date big screen TV. We loved their gym!! Equipments were great. P.S. Please improve the quality of your breakfast buffet. That's all. Besides, it's worth 470 baht per person.

Great hotel, super luxury and fab service! Good value for money. Would stay again, the rooms were spacious and the pool was really nice. They let us leave our suitcases after we had checked out as we had a late flight at 2am. Good location too!

The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable, nice amenities. The check in staff were friendly and efficient. The concierge service was also friendly and quick. The reception area is lovely and we received a good welcome. Would stay here again, although this hotel is located in a Soi where there are lots of bars and restaurants, the room was quiet and we did have a good rest. Breakfast has a range of buffet style choices.

New hotel which has all the amenities required. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety to choose from. Great location for those who enjoy the nightlife. Terminal 21 and 7 eleven are all in walking distance. Friendly staff all around. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
