I really messed up booking a room here. Seemed decent enough just for a night before an early flight. Left an hour after checking in due to bugs and a strong smell of mildew. The bedding looked and felt like it was 20 years old. A/C is €5 extra. Book here if you love orange lol

Location was convenient, and the room was spacious. Felt a bit outdated, not the best vibes from the room or bathroom. Not cheap either, but does the job when you're in a pinch. Checkin and out was easy and prompt.

This was like finding an oasis in the desert. Located a short walk from the airport, I found my room exceptionally clean, my host Francesco/Fernando was most accommodating, and the atmosphere there cozy, quiet, and relaxing. If you can, book here for the sake of convenience to the airport, and the numerous selection of eateries close by. I have to highly recommend Luciano's Burger joint across the street, very Tasty 4 sure, love his distinctively cut french fries, superb bacon cheeseburger 🍔, and a cold beer especially after a long day's hard travel. Try the ramen noodle restaurant too, if you love noodles.

Excellent location, 300mt from Pisa airport. Average price for accommodations in this area of the city, but still too high for the type of accomodation. Clean, equipped with the essentials for spending a night near the airport. Total negative point: 4.50€ to have air conditioning in the room, as: it is absolutely unjustified selling this essential service as an optional!

Mosquitoes, smells bad, worst service, bathroom not attached to the room, No shower gel or hand wash in the bathroom, no airflow in the room, noisy fan. Initially booked for 2 persons and changed to 4 persons even a month before arrival and we were charged 129 Euro for a room/day (part of it we were pushed to pay only by cash (60 Euro)). Lot expensive for this kind. Good thing is we managed to get out of that mess in a day and moved to other good rooms with good services in good location where we paid only 70 - 90 Euro.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
