I think location is superb. you can access sightseeings easily. rooms are clean but staff are not very well. breackfast is normal but it could be better. last but not least, you can visit some great restaurants near aivani hotel which serve some delicious foods.

Worst hotel ever!!!! We booked, paid in advance in this hotel and notify them via message and call about the time of our arrival, however after the long hours of travel and without proper sleep, we figured out we do not have a place to stay just when we were at the hotel. The funny thing was, the receptionist Ana checked us in, gave us the room key and to our surprise, upon entering the room, someone was there and occupying our room! Then the worst of the worsts? She then informed us when we get back at the reception that there is no room for us, it is either we wait until those guests checked-out or we cancel. Just wow!!! We ended up checking in to a new hotel, paid another money and when you think things get better, they become a disaster. To put on record, our booking was cancelled 29th of June and we were informed that we will receive the full refund between 7-12 days. Now is our 12th day but no amount of money was returned! We keep on calling and sending message to their Manager and right until now she never even bother to reply. Never again be deceived to this place. To my co-travelers, please avoid this place as they will just ruin your holiday. PS. If there is a zero star or a negative one, I would like to rate them as that.

Best location for tourists, near most seeings in Tblisi. No lunch, no dinner but lots of good restaurants around. Good service but no much to offer.

Very good location in near Tbilisi square, with VIP treatment for all and always support and well advising. You can choose with BF or without, and a lot of restaurants and variety of option near you.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
