Nice hotel, little bit older than the advertised photo shows. But huge bathroom with a nice bathtub and shower. Clean bath and room and probably the biggest queensize bed I have seen in my life. Can have at least 6 grown up persons in the bed 😂 Nice hotel and good price. Would like to stay again.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but the manager is running a scam when you check out, charging people for keys. The maid took ours and they charged us for it. Two guys next to us, different rooms, different situations, same thing charging them for keys. So annoying

It was a very good experience while staying at this hotel. Rooms are neat & clean. I checked in late. I made a request for that. They politely accepted it. The only thing i was not comfortable with was that security deposit of 1000 bhat at the hotel while checking in. I got the refund after checking out.

The hotel staff were friendly, approachable, polite and helpful. No problems there. Very nice people. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice views, small balcony. The bathroom was terrific. The TV only had two English speaking channels so watching your favourite sport or staying in to watch TV was not to be which was disappointing. The location was excellent right on the baht bus route making the main happening attractions very accessible. Bolt taxis are cheap, efficient and accessible. Just download the app. Thai 30 day SIM cards are available from Seven Eleven stores for 3-500 baht and make using your phone cheap. The noise was a problem! Inconsiderate guests yelling in the corridors, slamming doors and having loud conversations through open doors. I had to ask guests to be quiet. One time guests having an alcohol fuelled party in their room with their door open making a lot of noise. I asked them to shut their door which they reluctantly did. Another time at 7am there was a kid yelling for about 15 minutes outside my door. I asked them to be quiet. The father nodded but the child continues yelling as before for another 10 minutes. There was also dragging chairs across the floors a lot above me creating noise. The worst thing was the base heavy music protruding through the room for periods of time causing a disturbance. I could not work out where this was coming from but was a nuisance. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind noise disturbances or don’t wish to utilise the television facility in your room. If you want a quiet, peaceful stay and to watch TV occasionally you won’t get it here unfortunately!!

The hotel says it gives WIFI. But the internet speed is pathetic. Might as well not give. They think giving earbuds is essential, but they don’t give dental kits( which is super common across hotels). Breakfast is like 3/5. Should add more variety. It’s a quieter place. Not a lot of things to do nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
