What an amazing hotel. Perfect location. Minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Very clean inside. Spacious. With a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the bosphorus. The owner and the staff are amazing and made our stay memorable. Will definitely visit Istanbul again while staying here

There is one thing I could say that this hotel so far is the best in Istanbul. The location is amazing and everything is close by, the staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean. Absolutely recommend 100%

We stayed at this hotel I think room 402 I must say the view from our room was stunning we could see blue mousqe and sophia haig they even have a terrace too absolutely beautiful view. The service and hospitality we received from this hotel was incredible I couldn’t have asked for more all staff are good but there was one who went above and beyond that’s the owners brother he even got us a taxi after 1 driver said it’s 500 Turkish liras to the airport I couldn’t understand what the owners brother said to the taxi driver but I did hear him saying they are musafir and the taxi driver charged us by meter which is really nice. We also tried the food there I must say it was the best food we had in Istanbul I even ate from nusret but Akbiyek suites food is far the best I loved there pizza it was a thin base and plenty of fillings it’s a shame we had it on the last day but I would love to visit and stay in the hotel again and highly recommend the suite keep up the good work

Ideal location within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and other tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet area. Hotel was great overall, clean and spacious bedroom. Lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Erkan the hotel manager was always happy to help aswell. Would definitely stay at this hotel in future when visiting Istanbul. The hotel also has a restaurant on the ground floor which serves some delicious food.

A brillant hotel stay. the location is great near to Sultanahmet et Ayasofya + transport. the room was clean ans spacious, a special thank to Erkan who manages the hotel appart for his help and kindness. We will came back for sure

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
