had an amazing stay. filbert and Michelle were really helpful as I made a mistake on my booking through Expedia. I stayed in the tatami room and it was incredible. the bar on the top floor and gym are both awesome. location was great. highly recommended.

Room was slightly on the smaller side but space was very well made used of which made for an extremely cosy stay! We loved the design concept of the room. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to return.

What an amazing and rewarding experience staying in Aki! We travelled with an infant for our wedding anniversary and received a free upgrade for our room, however it wasn't convenient for us due to the layout and bed height and we requested for a change in room. Brandon, Kelly and the team were very helpful and accommodated to our request, and rendered us much help throughout the stay. They even wrote us a congratulatory note for our anniversary. Brandon also helped us with our photos and showed us the way to the bus stop on the last day! Kudos to him and the team for the amazing service.

Super enjoyable stay. Chilly and her manager, Brandon were most accommodating and offered an upgraded high floor harbor view room plus an extended check-out given a late check-out. Room was modern, clean, had what I needed, and the amenities were top notch! A great stay and will certainly be back! Thank you Chilly and Brandon for your above and beyond hospitality. Oh! And thank you for taking care of the van charge!!!

Front desk/reception service is top notch. Special shout out to Chilly :-) Tatami room was very interesting and pillows were so comfortable i had such a good sleep. Only room for improvement is housekeeping but overall it was a good stay for me. 10/10 will return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
