Very convenient location if you are wanting quick access to the main shopping area of Akihabara. The room was clean and in good shape. The size we stayed in was very small, so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage, but perfect for someone traveling light that wants a decent place on a budget. Breakfast was very good and had a large variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

As its price and location, also their service, we have nothing can complain. This is actually very good choice for traveling. The room and facilities are clean enough, staffs are helpful and friendly. Location is the king of everything. 3 minutes walk to train station and leading you to anywhere you want to go. Dozens of restaurants options around here. My pleasure to choose this place for our trip in Tokyo.

Excellent location - across the street from Akihabara station. Staff was courteous. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Staff will hold luggage if you arrive before check-in time as well as hold after you check-out. 3 washers and 3 dryers available at 300 yen for washer and 100 yen for drying. Room was clean and two pillows provided was comfortable. Room has USA-style power outlets so I didn't have to use my travel adapter at all for my devices. A little bit on the pricey side but will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very close to Akihabara JR station central exit, turn to the right cross the pedestrian walk. We were considering other option: remm, jr mets. Remm was too cramped even though the massage chair was tempting. JR mets was slightly on the higher price line compared with other 2. Lobby was at 3F, coin laundry, ice maker, water and 100 yen coin exchange were available at 3F. Rooms was a bit spacious for tokyo standard. Bathroom has a bath tub, toilet with bidet. Amenities provided: comb, bath sponge, razor, shampoo, body soap, conditioner. The hairdryer was bad quality (compared with other hotel I stayed in Japan). Overall it’s worth to consider this hotel if you decided to stay in Akihabara area which I highly recommend rather than Shinjuku / Shibuya area.

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Room was as expected- cosy and compact. Staff were nice and check in was easy. Close to the train station as well so this was one of the main reasons why we stayed here. In terms of cleaning the room, there are signs that are magnets on the door that you can place on the outside to state what you want done. There are no signs though for the door that is “Do no disturb” which was a little odd. We didn’t have breakfast here as we were always out of the room by 8/9am and ate out. Room had air con, we slept well and there was only one night we didn’t sleep due to inconsiderate guests that decided to have loud conversations in the hallway (around 2am in the morning) Would advise to make sure when you are checking in if you want smoking/ non smoking room and confirm with the desk staff that is what you are getting. Knocked off a star as I found stains on the fitted sheets and when we had requested our room to be tidied, the bed wasn’t done.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
