I really liked this little hotel. The owners and people who work here are super friendly and helpful. The owner is a vet and has rescue dogs/cats. She even does charity work neutering cats in the neighbourhood. So this gets my vote 😊 That aside, for the price, it was a lovely place to stay for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortable, the bed especially. The aircon could do with an upgrade (still cooled the room) and there are some minor cosmetic issues that really didn’t bother me. Pool area is lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

We go here for swimming pool days. Sarah who runs the pool bar is fabulous, she runs around clearing up is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They did a deal this year 250 lira to use the pool but the cost includes lunch of either burgers, salads or toastie all come with chips and a soft drink. The 250 lira is taken off the final bill. Love it here.

We have been coming to the pool on daily basis, and it has been great. Can't comment about the rooms or hotel. Sarah, who runs the pool bar is a dear. Food is great, priced reasonably, pool and pool area is clean. I can't expect more.

Lovely quaint hotel. Beautiful gardens and peaceful warm pool. Welcoming staff especially Sarah who runs the pool and bar (and is English) who always goes over and above patiently answering our numerous questions about the area. Situated between Chalis beach and Fethyie a few pence spent on the local bus takes you from round the corner from the Hotel to the resorts. We found returning to the hotel was like coming back to a peaceful oasis after sight seeing. Plenty of sunbeds and brollys available everyday no need to rush to claim your sunbed at this hotel. The hotel itself could do with some modernisation but it is kept very clean. We loved our stay here the hotel is charming with lovely well maintained gardens surrounding the lovely pool. We would definitely stay here again. It is realistically priced place to stay and good value for money. We will return if you want good value for money this hotel is highly recommended.

The room was spacious and great. The AC wasn't as strong as needed considering the heat but otherwise, it was amazing. The pool was perfect for a dip in the weather and the breakfast had a very large variety.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
