The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is friendly but i find it hard to believe that this is a 4 star hotel. The parking is 300 meters away (good luck with your heavy luggage), costs around 30 euros a night and the entrance is an absolute hell to manoeuvre into. The hotel is definitely getting old with very rough hard cheap and unpleasant carpets. View in the back yard is horrible and no windows so no way to feel the temperature outside without going out of the hotel. The rooms are very badly planned in terms of space and feel claustrophobic despite having a rather big surface. The walls were so thin we could hear everything in the corridor. There was also a lack of amenities (we had to ask for a kettle, iron and coffeemaker). The kitchen is very small and missing dishes, soap, and tableware. Unappetizing electrical appliances. Moreover, in order to open the closet, the door was sliding and blocking completely the kitchen, making accessing your clothes while someone tries to look for something in the fridge completely impossible. The glass toilets and shower are integrated between the two bedrooms and are connected to the room by a single glass, so you can hear everything. The absolute lack of privacy can be very inconvenient and embarrassing as a family or a group.

Zero privacy which really took away from the room. Toilet doors don’t even go to the ceiling and the shower doesn’t close. You can’t beat the location bu honestly think there are many better options in the area.

Stayed here recently with gamily (2 adults, 2 kids). Very warm welcome from reception staff. We booked a double and twin room, everything was as expected. As others have commented, the bathroom design is ridiculous and lacks any modesty or privacy. The rainwater shower was fantastic however. No catering facilitates is a pity, but Barcelona is full of cafes. The view from the rooftop are nice and worth a trip up in the lift.

Great location. Hotel room (2 adults and 2 teanagers) was prefect, and seems much bigger than in pictures. Sofa was big enough and comfortable. Room is clean. Staff is very friendly!!! You can have breakfast around the corner for a very good price. I recommend this Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
