beautiful place to stay for couples. Our room had a private hot tub, and it seems all the room has the same. Excellent view to see the sunset, great location, and great staff for service. Breakfast is included, and it's all you can eat. It's really fresh. One more time, they had excellent service and were very friendly.

Outstanding hotel. One of the best room I have ever seen in my life. The girls in the reception were kind and professional and solved all our issues brilliantly (transfer from and to the port for example). As we get to the hotel very early in the morning (6am) they let us stay poolside and even offered us a delicious breakfast (we were told we could order whatever we wanted how many times we wanted). They also hurried up to get the room ready asap and were able to let us in one hour before expected. Our room had a interior bath that worked as a jacuzzi. The bathroom had a beautiful masonry walk in shower and all the best body and hair care products. They also offered us a bottle of santorini’s wine and fresh fruits. When we left I forget my sunglasses but they found them and send them back to me in Italy. Great hotel, outstanding staff. 100% recommended.

Amazing hotel with beautiful and competent staff working hard day and night to make the stay of their guests comfortable and memorable. Comfortable modern rooms, amazing views, tasty breakfast and to top it all up, amazingly dedicated staff like Angeliki who is always there to assist you. Our four days stay was absolutely amazing here. Highly recommended. Thank you Angeliki for everything. The guests from Munich, Germany 🇩🇪 😍

Our stay at AKRA has been beyond our expectations. The service is impeccable, the concierge staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The food has been exquisite, and the view from our room is breathtaking (we booked a room with the caldera view). We loved our room, and how clean everything is. My husband and the hotel staff surprised me for my birthday with a room with balloons, drink, a beautiful cake and roses. I was also given a free spa voucher for a facial and I ended up booking a massage as well. The spa is secluded and serene, and Marina was amazing. Her technique was perfect and I felt so at ease after my visit. Everything was beyond perfect; it will be a birthday I will always remember! Georgia and Angelica were so lovely to deal with. This experience is beyond words and it's all thanks to the wonderful staff at AKRA. The gentlemen at the restaurant have been so hospitable and amazing when catering to my allergies. Stavros and everyone else there has been so pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much for making our first visit to Santorini a trip of a lifetime.

We stayed with Akra at the end of October this year and we really enjoyed the experience. The Honeymoon suite has an excellent view and the service we received from every member of the Akra team was superb during the length of our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
