Last minute booking! The room was well laid out and had all the basic amenities one could ask for. A lot bigger than its competition. The staff was extremely helpful. Will look forward to visit soon :)

Only upon checking in did we find out that housekeeping is limited to 3 times a week! This is really disappointing as there was no upfront notice to inform us about limited housekeeping at the Hotel. One of the joys of staying at hotels is to return to a clean room that is tidily made up, so if I had known about this I would not have booked the room here. Also falsely advertised the room size as 605sft. But in reality it is about half the size of that!

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights and it was the best experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were always available whenever needed. I recommend the stay here for sure, they looked after me and my friends well. Clean and comfortable. Also it's close to all the city life you wanna experience 👍

Overall a good experience and value. The location is convenient, about 5 min walk from Sheung Wan station on the Island Line. Nice coffee shops and cha chaan teng on the street downstairs. The room is big enough for two and is pretty clean with modern furnishings. Service at the front desk is friendly to accommodate light requests and water bottles are replenished free of charge. My only complaint would be the shower experience. The shower stall itself is luxurious with a normal shower head and a ceiling shower head. However, on several nights there were interruptions with the hot water supply, making the shower cold for a few minutes at a time before regaining heat. Other than that, an overall enjoyable stay.

3 min walk from Sheung Wan station. Friendly staff but not always staffed at lobby. Many coffee shops and Cha Chaan tengs located in the vicinity. Got the Premium City View room with double bed - not the roomiest of rooms yet is manageable with the price for 2 people. Modern decor and clean room. City views available. Shower water temperature can be difficult to predict/control; try to make it warm but keeps going back to cold and then have to wait for it to change back to warm on it's own. Free WiFi available. The mattress is a bit firm and the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
