Unprofessional service , especialy if the manegment is reading all the other commemts and still same service. I have a voucher to upgrade my room and for them not to give to me they said i had to prebook for it , but unfortunatly i did and i have the recording that they said I have to show.up on same date to do it. Once I arrived on spot to vail it , they said the opposite and the manager said sorry and left . Bad service at all Not recommended.

It was my worst experience ever! First of all they don’t have valet parking, second is you have to park in the paid parkings and pay your self which is not mentioned in any website or even by the hotel until arrival and the parkings were full all the time, secondly the room was awful it looked cheap the bedding was not that clean, the shower is small and doesn’t fit me a small sized person. I was thankful that i had a busy schedule and didn’t stay except for sleeping.

I had a really bad experience in this Hotel Never going back again!!! Due to bad service at the reception. Very Rude, not accommodating, very inconsiderate and poor room quality. I came all the way from Sharjah to celebrate new year’s eve. I requested to upgrade our room to a suite for non smokers as we are having a baby with us. They asked us to wait for 30 mins so that they can prepare the room. That’s what they said. But still they gave us the smoking Suite and replied to us that there’s no available non smoking room anymore after it was paid. 💯 would not recommend!

Conveniently located on the corniche, close to services, restaurants, shops and cafés. Large rooms, very clean, very comfortable beds. The service is excellent, staff is attentive and always prepared to assist with a smile. The swimming pool area is shared with La Meridien Abu Dhabi. Pleasant setting with a choice in cafes and restaurants. Good value for money.
