NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LONG STAY. The management might need to re-construct some policies. Don't book here if you're used to Daily room service cleaning that other hotels do. They have an alternate day Room makeover that includes keeping your trash full for 2 days and begging for daily needs. Our requests are always delayed, imagine requesting to fix the sink from Day 1 and not resolving until the last day of stay. I don't think I should be requesting that in the first place. The swimming pool is not mentioned as under maintenance upon booking and was only advised after check-in. As a booking guest, it is quite disappointing especially when that took part in your decision to book in this particular hotel despite my option to book a lower rate hotel with No swimming pool. I was given a reason that it is under renovation for the upcoming event in October where the hotel rate will be much more expensive than my booking rate and telling that to a guest is quite not professional. Indian or Pakistan (not sure) Male Reception is best in explaining company policy without providing a resolution. We were asked, a couple of times for an iron we returned because it's not working. Crisselda from Housekeeping is very accommodating and assists us with all our needs provisioning the extra bed with an initiative to make us feel more comfortable during our long stay is very much appreciated, and the security guards helping my kids access the elevator every time is accommodating too. The location and room are very good.

It's the worst service apartment ever. It's ancient and nasty. The bed is terrible and not comfy at all. No kitchenette. The washing machine has no drying option and no place to dry your clothes if you wash them. The underground park is very tight. The room's colors are very depressing. The corridor is like you are in a haunted house. I am very disappointed with it.

we were there for 7 days washing machine has not work and they did not repair it! they don't clean rooms every day (every other day) they don't change covers! your child is not free and they dont put even water for your child. our bathroom has not work properly. actually there is not any lobby there pool was very cold in additional it was not clean and your cost will waste.
