        Pros. Appartments is very nice and clean. The owner was kind and tried to be helpful. The place is 10-15 minutes from the center and major touristic sites, so the street is pretty calm. They have 3 rooms (one twin, one room with two single beds and one room with a bed for one person) and one sofa-bed near the kitchen, two toilets/showers. Cons. It's not that easy to find the correct building because of the complicated number system. There are dark red numbers and dark blue. You follow dark blue - they are for housing but dark red is for commercial use. The owners do not talk English so talk Italian or find someone to help you. The place of living is different to the address mentioned on site (reception is there but they have different apartments). Internet was not working for one day, so you ask and try it first on check in. Also, they could give you only one key, so be aware.

        Swindler! The worst place on planet earth. Please do not book at this place for your own good!! We booked this place through EDreams and according to him he needed a voucher to let us in, I called edreams several times and they gave me the booking provider's locator number, but it didn't work for him. He wanted us to pay again for the night that had already been paid, plus 100 euros because according to him the check-in had been delayed + 5.50 per person for the tourist tax + 20 euros for cleaning service. The worst thing is that he ruined our day in Florence by waiting to call him, call edreams, everything so that in the end we had to find another place to stay. Really a real scammer.
