Location of hotel is very nice Rooms also have good outlook but cleanliness is not up to the mark having smell issues. Staff is rude and busy with their mobile phones. Room keys having some technical issues resulting everyone need to visit counter for reactivation of key. Rooms and wash room cleanliness performed only one time after several reminder. Overall not satisfied with Tower 2. However some other visitors confirmed that service in tower 3 is up to the mark.

As the popularity suggests, it should be a quite good hotel but now that seems like a story of the past. This hotel has very poor maintenance which brought me to this point to leave a 1 star review. This is an old hotel with little to no maintenance. Lights in rooms are very very dull. Hallway carpets have stains everywhere and sometimes these are smelly too. This hotel does not offer the comfort which somebody expects when choosing a hotel far from haram and with shuttle service. Highly not recommended.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. and i have been to 3 star and 2 star hotels too, but this is far the worse hotel in the world. I booked it online, and i emailed them telling them i will be checking in late. They cancelled my reservation and i had to go to umrah without even going to my room just to make more money. The guy at the reception was very arrogant, instead of giving us a better room for the hassle they gave thus i was with family, they give us room facing the main road where you could hear horns 24/7. They have 5 towers yet none of their windows are soundproof. Secondly, the shower was not working, the bathroom sink was not working properly. They never pick up the phone at reception. I told them for an extra pillow and blanket, never got it. The problems were so many that i wanted to make a big scene but i tried to control. So please do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel, or you can take your chances and then regret it.

Absolutely no service at all! During the 10 days we were here, no one came to clean our room even once. The reception staff barely speaks English. The rooms are dirty, and they don’t even change towels unless you call the service help, which rarely picks up the phone. The only good thing was the free bus service to Al Haram.

Good experience so far. Room's carpet was so dirty. But the overall experience was good. But receptionists are not able to speak English properly. This hotel has restaurants and around 8 lifts in each tower. The best thing is shuttle service whenever you want to go The shuttle will be available.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
