Try not to be in emergency any how, because the hotel policy is very strict even if it is for providing a water to their guests, after 2 calls from the children in the room asking for water, when I was away at emergency, and after I called them too begging to deliver water to the room, the answer has come, they have already provided them in the morning,!!!

I have been staying here for the last 3 years approximately 17 times. I always have a good experience and the staff is practically family. The housekeepers are very helpful and my kids are messy little ones but Sajjad, Chandra, and Uresh always clean with a smile. Lindsay at the pool is pretty cool too!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED. Dull furniture, old and rough sofa covers, smelly bathrooms, old and out of service electronic appliances. During my stay, almost daily maintenance. Apartment was not pre-checked and ready. Smelly bathroom, both the exhaust fans were out of service. Electronic appliances were old and partially damaged. Hotel management kept harassing us to provide replace and new appliances. We wanted to enjoy vacations and Hotel Manager made sure, by harassing and creating troubles, that we do NOT enjoy. Worst experiencing with hotel management and this apartment. I have long list of issues; I will post more after my check-out. The house-keeping junior staff (cleaners, housekeepers) was helpful and caring.

When i recived my 3 bed room appartment one of the rooms ac not working i asked the manger to refund my stay since two nights i havent got what i am looking for the manager agree at the beging then he change his mind only offer me brekfast which i dont need i have my food with me since the appartment has kitchen this is the althou i am regular custmer with them but this will be my last visit the kitchen celling was flooding water toelits excesaries old and not working ptoperly
