It was absolutely lovely. Gorgeous place, big huge rooms, awesome staff. I loved my stay here. It’s a perfect location as well. Easy walk to Abu Dhabi mall and beaches. Mohsen at reception was so accommodating and nice! So much gratitude for an easy check in and a kind upgrade. Thank you so much! The only tiny downside is the pool is cold, and a bit small up there, but not bad, just not warm enough to take an evening or sunset dip in. In 50c it would be the perfect chilled temperature, but in November it would’ve been lovely if heated to about 30c/31c. The Bath can leak onto the floor when draining. This was a surprise! But I’ve seen this before in places with unfamiliar plumbing. So a very wet floor when taking a bath from draining. Just be aware!

Accessible and surrounded by many restaurants so you wont worry about getting hungry. Its not bad for a Hotel Apartment. They have provided from kitchen utensils to casserole pots so you can enjoy cooking there. We had a lot of fun with my family as the ambience is pleasant.Its like you are at your own house only.

First of all the food not that good Romeo from the reception didn’t really care when I complain about the blankets not clean. I have to check out early because of that. And again Romeo from the reception didn't even apologize for it, he was like ok Never again!

Al Manzel Homes and Apartments in Abu Dhabi offers a welcoming and comfortable accommodation experience. The ambiance of the place exudes warmth, making it a delightful stay option. The rooms are well-appointed, providing a cozy and inviting space for guests. However, during my stay, a couple of issues did arise. The television in the room had some functionality problems, which detracted a bit from the entertainment experience. Another notable inconvenience was the difficulty in connecting calls from the rooms to the reception. This hampered the ease of communication and guest assistance. On the brighter side, the property's location boasts excellent accessibility, making it a strategic hub for exploring Abu Dhabi's attractions. Furthermore, the availability of valet parking is a commendable convenience for guests arriving by car, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Al Manzel Homes and Apartments overall presents a comfortable and accessible stay option in Abu Dhabi. While the room comfort is commendable, addressing the technical issues, especially regarding the TV functionality and room-to-reception calls, would significantly enhance the overall guest experience, making it an even more sought-after accommodation choice in the city.

I had visited AbuDhabi in Feb-2020. The hotel apartment were clean and hygenically maintained. It was a nice experience of staying in this hotel apartment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
