This causy residents ( kind of service apartments) location is a couple of minutes walk from many restaurants and fastfood places such as the famous fastfood chain with their Big Mac's. In addition one kind find laundry service and convenient stores nearby, all walking distance. The rooms are quite new and the set up of the rooms is done very well. The bedroom have its own enteranrance, separated from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped what one need in a kitchen to cook. Washing machine and dryer is included. The living room have a TV of 55 inch and bedroom 42 inch. Many 5 star hotels doesn't provide evendo 55 inch TV. Free and fast WiFi available. The rooms are cleaned twice a week. The manager as well the hotel crew are very professional and helpful. Security is also provided. This place is value for money and I recommended this place for single, couples as well as families. There is a choice of 1 or 2 bedroom rooms/ apartments. The hotel has wheelchair entry at the door. To be confirmed: I understood that pets were also allowed here.

Very bad hotel!!! I booked from booking website and they confirmed my booking, but when I came from a long way he said there is no reservation and we are not using booking anymore 😂!! Why u don’t close if u don’t! After 4 hours of driving the plan was to rest but they decided to make it the worst experience ever.

Excellent location, not too far from downtown Doha, easy to access by bus and subway. Lots of ethnic restaurants in a close proximity. Fast food restaurants in a walking distance. Extremely clean rooms and hallways, washing machine available in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful, especially reservation mgr. Mr. Sandeep was very helpful in assisting to get the Hayya card for the FIFA World Cup. He even made multiple overseas calls to make sure the card is available. Staff service is above and beyond normal, it's exceptional. The staff response to every request is prompt, with a lovely greetings and a big smile. Daily charge is very reasonable compared to what you get.

Not the best area of Doha, the nearest subway station is approximately 25-30 minutes by foot. The hotel is still in soft opening, one can only hope they fix things like : No hot water Very slow wifi The oven / stove wasnt connected No cleaning utils for the dishes available Only 2 pans & 1 pot + 2 plates, not enough to properly cook

Excellent, comfy, and new residence. It has parking in case you have a car. The area around full of restaurants, coffee shops, and markets, not far from the attractions in Doha. I would like to thank the operation manager Mr. Kashif for making my stay nicer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
