        We had a delightful day trip over there, with a lovely boat ride 🛥️. There's only one restaurant – the food was pretty decent! I personally enjoyed the BBQ chicken pizza. The beach was a charm with its cleanliness; even the sea was pristine and just perfect for a swim. Relaxing by the pool added a nice vibe to our visit. and let's not forget about the adorable deer 🦌 that we saw. All in all, a wonderful experience!

        Dear management, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your resort, where we had spend a full day with a group of 18 persons. Overall, we had a positive impression of the place, as we found the location and atmosphere to be quite appealing. The food was not up to our taste buds very disappointing for the price as well , and too long to be served , no enough waiters to support the drinks order , even do the staff where very polite and effective. However, I must bring to your attention a significant issue that we encountered during our stay. A substantial number of mosquito bites affected our group, causing discomfort and, in one instance, leading to a visit to the hospital due to the severity of the reaction. This was unexpected and quite unpleasant, especially considering the size of our group and the number of bites we collectively experienced. We understand that it's not always possible to entirely eliminate mosquitoes in natural settings like yours. Nevertheless, we believe that there is room for improvement in mosquito control measures in and around the resort. This would greatly enhance the comfort and safety of guests, especially in the evenings. Another aspect that caught our attention was the resort's policy of welcoming children. While we have no issue with this, it was somewhat surprising given the mosquito situation, as children can be more susceptible to bites and related discomfort. This might be something to consider in your future guest policies. We hope that our feedback can be taken constructively, as we genuinely enjoyed our time at your resort and would like to see it continue to thrive. We believe that addressing the mosquito issue would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

        I went there with my friends around September., staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Thanks to mr. Prakas and mr. Chris/ Christopher who happened to be the one serving us and for making our experience worth having.. The place is really amazing as well. just that there is this one incident, very minor one where I almost get drown, it happened that I was swimming and got cramps all of the sudden, Im trying to catch my breath. I was asking for help and they just stare at me like I’m just joking when I’m actually needing help. it could be fatal due to the negligence of their life guard who happened to sit right at the side of the pool. I’m so disappointed with the life guards though.

        Beautiful place run by incompetente management. Playing music extremely loud and you cannot relax nor talk. Supposed to go there and enjoy and relax… i asked the manager to lower the music and his answer was… ‘we have pool party on Saturday’ …. There was 5 people in the pool and no one was dancing… the whole day! Absolute idiocy! Additionally the food is served on take away boxes, plastic knives, no tissues given. Real shame it is mismanaged as the island is beautiful!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
