I loved staying in this place. The bed was firm, pillows were great (I checked to see what brand pillow was that so that I could buy the same when I'm back home 😁) - I had a great sleep, the carpet, their corridor all were well vacuumed and clean. These things I have mentioned are very important because it's the very reason why you're paying (as most of us, most of the time we will be out for sightseeing and work). The hotel rooms and facilities we are paying for should be top class and we come back to those after a long day. Al-Meroz ticked all the boxes and I was very happy to be in this hotel knowing that my money is well spent. This hotel is pretty accessible from Suvarnabhumi International Airport but it's away from the city centre. It's a great place for family travellers. For Muslim travellers - this place is a treat. Not only the hotel is halal friendly, but also its surroundings. There are some nice halal restaurants & cafes nearby where you can satisfy your appetite. Money matters: Yes, surely you can find cheaper hotels in the city area, but this place is a CLASS and it is worth every penny you spend on this.

Plus: The staff was surely helpful, friendly, and professional. We had breakfast included, which was varied and tasty. Both local food (curries, pad thai, etc.) and continental (omelettes cooked on the spot etc.) The hotel is generally quite glam and fancy, clean, spacious room, daily cleaning service. Rooftop swimming pool (not very big but it wasn t crowded either) The hotel is located 5-7min from a metro/train station. Terrace with a lovely view in the night. Minus: The room's door didn't open easily, with neither from the 2 cards. This was a bit annoying during the stay, as we had to try numerous times until we got in the room. The hotel is located quite far from the center, so you should allocate 40min-1h to get to the center if you plan to visit around l. Generally - a great stay, I would recommend!

Al Meroz Hotel Bangkok exudes elegance and luxury! The cultural ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious dining options make it a top-notch accommodation. Though the issue with the bed wheels or roll away bed pose an inconvenience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
