DON'T RECOMMEND ... It's location is very confusing I took too much time to get into the address Rooms are clean neat . But the breakfast was the worst I have ever seen and eat. No scrambled egg . Only two items and nothing more I really regretted that I took a reservation here . No body serve you . No body to ask . Really this is the first &last time for me here . I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY ONE I PAYED A LOT FOR NOTHING

Bad Experience with this hotel, because they are providing only 1 litre of water bottle for 24 hours with many times reminders Almost I have spend 10 days charges 5000 SAR in this hotel worst experience with staff, receptionist. Rude attitude by everyone Plz don't to stay here. Taken from outside water bottle in this summer season with a Hot temperature of 47°c Worst hotel I have ever seen.

We have faced a very very bad behavior from your service boy Ali Ameen which is not acceptable ,he was raising voice arrogantly for carrying breakfast for me n my family to room He was telling that am carrying 10 plates , even it is against to the protocol of the management ,it is the not a way of treating a guest . Our whole experience in this hotel has been made very disappointing ! This was the plate I was carrying to my room ! Train your service guy to respect the guest !

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
