‏At first, I want to thank the staff member for the reception ‏I've had a problem, but I've been served, and I've called the reception 10 times, and every time the employee (Abdulmunam) responds to my call and help me Rooms were kind of small, but the hotel's place is good My experience was great, and thanks again to employee (AbdulMunim)

The reason I give this hotel 2 points, which still feel it too much. 1. One really care about the customer who stay here 2. Breakfast substandard, they never top up when the dish is over. We have to wait for a long time till they get the food. The options are so less. 3. No one speaks in English 4. I stayed 4 days three nights here. No One brings Toilet paper and water even if you ask for it. This to me is equally of be rude to their customer 5. The manager is always on the phone playing games. No time to look at you 6. The price of the hotel is too expensive for the services 7. The toilet get flooded like a pond and the water takes 2 days to dry off. You always have a wet bathroom. 8. The only good thing about this place for the ear outs close by and that is why I am giving it a 2 points 9. I will never recommend this place to any one 10. They are charging 100 SAR for a ride to the airport when Upet is only 65 SAR 11. This not a 5 star hotel that they calm to be it is a 1 star hotel 12. The place never feels safe there is a gap in the door that people can see it

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
